Return Policy


Once placing your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you noticed you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue.

We know how important it is to get sizing right, so if you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to either send us at email at the above address.



We will happily provide you with a store credit for your item(s), given you meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in the original conditions
  • Must have all tags still attached
  • Please include your purchase invoice or packing slip with your return so that we can identify your order.
  • Be sure to add tracking to your order. We are not responsible for any order returned to us going missing in the post.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be issued with a store credit via email. Store credits will be valid for 12 months.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return.

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear



Please contact us via email to notify us of a return. Package your items carefully and include the packing slip or note with your name and order number included inside the package. Please add tracking to your return, we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Once we receive your return, we will assess the item(s) and you will be notified once your store credit has been processed. If your return does not comply with the above conditions, it will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.



Unfortunately, due to high demand of products and fluctuating stock levels we are unable to hold item(s) for exchange. If you are in desperate need of an item, we would recommend placing another order to avoid disappointment.

Please note that when we receive your return a store credit will still be issued, even if another order is placed.
