If you are Self Managed:
Please purchase your goods, and send an email to lovebugkidsau@gmail.com
We will provide you with a tax invoice for your independent claim.
Please include your NDIS number within the email.
If you are Plan Managed:
If you are plan managed and would like us to invoice your plan manager directly, please email lovebugkidsau@gmail.com with the following details:
- Participants Full Name
- NDIS Number
- Order Items
- Address
- Phone Number
- Plan Manager Name
- Email address for invoices
We will process the order for you and invoice your Plan Manager directly. Once funds have been received from the Plan Manager, we will then dispatch the goods directly to the address provided.
